Snow Day

OK, maybe not for the kids but it’s definitely a Snow Day for me!!!

What qualifies a Snow Day?  Lots of snow. Lots of cold. Lots of ice. Lots of wind.  So far the wind isn’t quite there. But this is Kansas.  It will whip up at any second.

These are the days that one might reflect on Christmas and the holidays.  And all of fall.  Yes, I am that far behind on blogging.

So this will be a whirlwind reflection on all things I should have blogged but was too busy baking cookies and traveling to do. Period.

I had planned another Ornament Post but…

And there were multiple recipes to share…

Honey Pineapple Ham

And  holiday decorating ideas…

Also gingerbread house designs…

Kody and gingerbread train

Don’t forget the Christmas tree decorating…

Plus movies to view…

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies

Oh yeah. Movies.  Those moments when the recipes and decorating just fly at the speed of sound out of the window. Looking for a review of The Battle of the Five Armies?  Coming up next.  I’ve been working on it for at least 2 weeks but stuff got in the way.  Oh don’t worry.  This review will NOT be one of those 10 page take-it-apart kind of review. You know the kind…you eyes cross at the thought of it, so you skim thru hoping your brain doesn’t freeze in the process.  Nope. So, hang on, I have a lot to say but hopefully, won’t cause your eyes to glaze over!  Short and sweet?
