Today was a banner day for grands #9 and #10…they made their first trip to the greenhouse!!!! Yay for Mollie and Kody!!!
They were VERY well-behaved.
They stayed behind me so other people could walk around us.
They held hands so nobody got lost.
They very quickly picked out red geraniums as their “favorite” flower, even tho “geranium” is very, VERY difficult to say.
They charmed the socks off the sales ladies.
They were charmed by the huge “kois” swimming in the nursery pond.
They both adored the Kansas State isle with all the purple stuff!
They snarfed down their Arby’s lunches with gusto!
Oh…and they sang and talked ALL THE WAY HOME. Nope. No naps for these two. In your dreams, people. Ain’t happenin’.
Now…to figure out when I take the other 8. I think it’s 8. Haven’t counted heads lately… 🙂
Debbie, what a delightful outing! Aren’t they precious? Nothing like spring and flowers to make everyone smile.

I started doing this with our oldest grands, who are twins in 2003. Such fun!!!

We’re actually breaking records for this time of year around here in the last with temperatures in the high 20”s C – roughly 80 + degrees F. It’s supposed to stay like this for at least the next five days!! YAY!! Spring has been pretty cool up ’til now so we’re lovin’ this! Now I’m itching even MORE to go to the nursery! 🙂
BTW – your Grand are just adorable!! ❤

You just need to put your own commercial greenhouse in at your place. Those two children are precious!! I’d like to steal that little girl from you. I need another girl. Jilly is all alone with all these boys.

We’ve talked about a greenhouse. And thanks. They are dolls, aren’t they? Let me just say, that you’d have a challenge on your hands with that girl!! She’s a hoot. She is in charge wherever she is. Just sayin’!!!! 😀

Ten grands! Your quiver is full, oh Queen. What a blessing. Our only two (little princesses) live next door & stay w/ me while our daughter & stun-in-law work – I wouldn’t have it any other way. They’re called “grand” b/c that’s exactly what they are.

I have 15 grands so you are well on the way to catching up! I also have one great-grand (a precious little girl who was an answer to prayer) and another one on the way, Lord willing, in August. Such a thrill when the doctors were amazed she even had the first one!
